The Blue Ocean Art DEMA exhibit showcases many limited edition fine art prints by Jim Hellemn, new releases and a 22 foot wide reproduction of “Coral Anchors”, a 3300 megapixel image of a coral reef wall in Cayman Brac.

Camana Bay Observation Center
25ft wide X 75 ft high tile mosaic Camana Bay Observation Tower

Camana Bay Observation Tower

Visitors to the Camana Bay Obervation Tower in Grand Cayman, can “walk” up a Cayman coral reef. The five story high tower features a 75 ft high image of a Cayman coral reef wall reproduced in hand-cut Italian glass tiles that is both an accurate dipiction of Cayman marine life from 10 -100 ft depth and an abstract work of art. A composite image of a Cayman coral reef wall was created from high resolution photographic images to match the architecture of the new construction, so that visitors see key marine life species as they climb the unique double helix staircase. At the top is an open air observation deck offering views of the island. Admission is free!
